Residents:
A Canadian Resident is a person who is a Canadian Citizen and lived in Canada 12 Months prior to obtaining a licence. Saskatchewan Residents are defined as individuals who are a Canadian Resident and have resided in Saskatchewan for 3 months immediately preceding the issue of the licence. Non Residents are anyone from another country.
Lets all ensure that our children and their children can enjoy fishing same as we do. Catch, Keep, Clean, and Eat fish, but remember limit the number of fish you keep.
