All arrangements are made for you, and all fish/game are handled by the staff. Most of these plans are situated at large main Lodges with full maid service, and gourmet meals served to guests. Most of the guides have been born or raised in the area so they are very knowledgeable of local hot spots and where your best chance of getting a true record can be found. Guides spend a lot of time scouting and working in the area in the off season and with local contacts, they will hear of big specimens and where fish are biting. Quite often you will find these Lodges are Partnerships or Corporation owned or the Outfitter owns and has evolved into a large organization, where profits play a great role in the operations of the Lodge.
